Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump proposed three debates on different networks in September.
Speaking from Mar-a-Lago, Trump said his campaign agreed to debates hosted by Fox News on September 4, ABC News on September 10, and NBC News on September 25. So far, the Harris campaign has only agreed to the ABC debate.
In a post on X, Harris confirmed her participation in the September 10 debate and expressed openness to additional debates, saying, “I am happy to have that conversation.”
NBC is in discussions with both campaigns about various dates, including September 25. However, it appears her campaign will unlikely commit to the Fox News debate, with many criticizing her for cowardice in avoiding Trump at a network that would be more balanced than ABC or NBC.
