Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited a Pennsylvania ammunition factory on Sunday under tight security to thank workers for producing crucial munitions for Ukraine’s defense against Russian forces.
During his visit to the Scranton Army Ammunition Plant, he expressed gratitude and emphasized Ukraine’s need for more supplies. Rep. Matt Cartwright, who was present, said Zelenskyy’s message was simple: “Thank you. And we need more.”
Also, during Zelenskyy’s visit, Democratic Governor Josh Shapiro signed an artillery shell with the Ukrainian president in the background.
According to press reports, Zelenskyy called Trump and Vance “radical”. He also said Trump has no idea how to end the war.
