According to a post on X by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, an illegal alien operating a food truck in D.C. started waving around a large knife when ICE agents approached him on Wednesday.
The announcement reads:
Capital city cleanup continues!
Illegal Peruvian alien Jimmy Anderson Ayala Mayuri presented a large butcher knife to federal officers and motioned that he’d harm himself with it when we stopped his food truck on National Park Service property in D.C. today.
After briefly barricading himself in the truck, he was apprehended and will be detained until a deportation decision is made.

Social media users are reacting.
One X user, ‘Dawgs Dog,’ joked, “He can set up an American food truck in Peru. Sell apple pie, Cincy chili, Maine lobster rolls, Memphis hot chicken, New Orleans gumbo, etc etc. He’ll be a huge success. He’ll probably have to use his real name though. Nobody is going to believe his name is Jimmy Anderson. 🤣😅.”

“Seize his truck and assets and give them to an American,” another suggested.

Bret Seufert declared, “If they want to live the American dream, a good start would be to become a legal American first. Don’t expect the benefits of being an American without putting in the work to become an American.”
