The Boulder, Colorado police department posted a mugshot on social media Monday morning of the Egyptian national illegal alien who attacked a pro-Israel group with Molotov cocktails Sunday afternoon, injuring 8 people, ages 52 to 88, including one critically.

The group of people were holding a peaceful demonstration calling for the release of the hostages Hamas is still holding, when Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, threw the explosives at the people and set them on fire while yelling, “Free Palestine!” and “We have to end Zionists, they are killers!”

Multiple media outlets reported that Soliman has been charged with murder, but the Bolder police announced Monday morning that so far, no victims have died.

The FBI said Sunday night the attack is being investigated as terrorism.

Soliman arrived in the United States at the Los Angeles airport on August 27, 2022 (during the Biden administration) on a B1/B2 nonimmigrant visa with an authorized stay through February 26, 2023, but he overstayed his visa and never left, remaining in the U.S. illegally.

Police released a mugshot of Soliman, which shows a large bandage on one side of his head, and a skinned-up nose. Police wrote:

In response to several questions received overnight regarding the Pearl Street attack, we are sharing the following:

*No victims have died
*The suspect’s mugshot is seen here and his date of birth is Dec. 15, 1979.
*The next press conference will be later today and details will be forthcoming as soon as they’re available
