PART 2: YouTuber Nick Shirley uncovers new fraud scandal in Minnesota

Independent journalist and YouTuber Nick Shirley, whose investigative video last month about the massive daycare fraud scheme in Minnesota went insanely viral, has now released PART 2, and it is equally disturbing.

Shirley released his daycare investigation video on December 26. It has generated over 3.6 million views on YouTube, and 140.3 million views on X. His video prompted the federal government to launch a massive investigation, and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz announced he will no longer seek re-election.

Shirley has been hinting for the past several days that Part 2 is coming. Wednesday, he made good on his promise, releasing a new 50-minute investigation that exposes another huge fraud scheme involving Somali migrants – taxpayer-funded “taxi services” intended for poor and unhealthy people.

More from the Daily Caller:

In Shirley’s latest upload he uncovered more signs of widespread welfare fraud while investigating transportation companies tied to Minnesota’s public assistance system, pointing to idle vehicles, nonexistent offices, and businesses that appear to exist only on paper. While visiting a listed address for Dreamline Transportation, Shirley said the registered location was a liquor store lined with mailboxes.

Shirley also documented more than a dozen vans branded with Dreamline’s name sitting untouched for months, buried in snow with no tire tracks. The video showed that the vehicles were photographed repeatedly over an eight-month period and found parked in the exact same positions, suggesting they were never used to transport anyone.

Shirley said the findings raised questions about claims that the vans serve healthcare, childcare, or adult daycare clients.

“If these vans are being used to transport people, whether it be healthcare or childcare, there would be snow tracks. And there’s one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10, 11 vehicles here. No snow tracks anywhere,” Shirley said.

In the video, many Somali migrants become threatening towards Shirley as he tracks down multiple locations allegedly involved in the scandal.

Shirley posted the same video on his X account, where it has already generated over 4.3 million views in less than 24 hours.

President Donald Trump commented on the latest news, writing on Truth Social, “Does anybody believe that in Minneapolis, these are the Food Stamp Businesses? There’s no Food, there’s no cleanliness, there’s no service, there’s no nothing, except FRAUD. They get sent Millions of Dollars of Taxpayer Money, and laugh at how STUPID the Americans are, but not anymore. These people should be sent back to Somalia, or any other Country from where they came. California, Illinois, New York, and so many other places are equally as bad. It’s all a giant Democrat SCAM, with protection from the Fake News Media but, it will end, as we, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
