From NY Post: An intoxicated, wealthy entrepreneur threatened to rape a Virgin Atlantic flight attendant before blowing up her hotel room during a midair, first-class blowup.
Salman Iftikhar was sentenced to 15 months in jail on Tuesday for his vile threats directed at the cabin crew aboard a Virgin flight from London’s Heathrow Airport to Lahore, Pakistan, on Feb. 7, 2023.
“Don’t tell me what to do, you racist f–king bitch. I know where you are from in Cardiff,” Iftikhar screamed during the flight, according to the Mirror.
The report says the man was drinking champagne at the plane’s in-flight bar, but things got dicey when he started to serve himself ice, using his hands. He was approached by the flight crew, who told him to return to his seat.
Iftikhar, 37, became upset, accusing the crew of being racist.
“You called me a p-ki in front of everybody,” the man yelled.
“Do not tell me what to do, you bitch,” he shouted before leveling a heinous rant at one female flight attendant, calling her a “f–king white Welsh c–t,” and threatening to rape her.
“The white sheep s–ting bitch will be dead,” he reportedly said to the group of flight attendants. “The floor of your hotel will be blown up and it will disappear. You will be dragged by your hair from your room and gang-raped and set on fire.”
Iftikhar, the founder and director of the recruitment firm Staffing Match, was arrested over a year later in Iver, England, on March 16, 2024. He admitted to asking the threats and the racial harassment.
