Just days before Election Day, Vice President Kamala Harris declined to reveal her stance on California’s crime-focused Proposition 36.
Speaking to reporters in Detroit, Harris mentioned she had completed her mail-in ballot but avoided answering how she voted on the measure.
“I am not gonna talk about the vote on that because, honestly, it’s the Sunday before the election and I don’t intend to create an endorsement one way or another around it,” said Harris.
Proposition 36 seeks to toughen penalties for specific drug and theft crimes, reversing parts of 2014’s Proposition 47, which downgraded these offenses. The measure would permit felony charges for drug possession and thefts under $950 if the defendant has two prior convictions.
🚨 BREAKING: Kamala REFUSES to say how she voted on California’s Proposition 36 — which would create tougher penalties for serial retail thieves and drug traffickers.

Kamala won’t say if she supports penalties for these people or not. If she wanted to crack down on crime, why wouldn’t she say that? She didn’t answer because we all know she supports this lawlessness.
Soft-on-crime Kamala will destroy your city.
