During the four years of the Biden administration, approximately half a million illegal alien “unaccompanied minors” were brought into the United States, and placed in communities around the country.
Conservatives often voiced concerns that the Biden administration was literally facilitating in human trafficking, as the children were often placed with “sponsors” in the U.S. who had allegedly not been properly vetted, and were often illegal aliens themselves.
According to a social media post Friday by X user “Illegal Alien Crimes,” an illegal alien man was arrested in Palm Beach County, Florida last week for sexual assault of a teen girl who was placed in his home by the Biden administration.
The post reads:
Palm Beach County, FL: Last week, Wilson Manfredo Lopez Carillo, who was found to be an “unauthorized alien” by the court, was arrested for Sex Assault – Victim 12 to 17.
The heavily redacted court records appear to state that his alleged victim was placed in his home by Health and Human Services (HHS) after arriving in the US in August of 2023 when she was 16.
The assaults occurred in February 2024, at some point after she went to live with a friend from church. When police interviewed the church friend, the witness appears to mention – again, the record is heavily redacted – a second girl who Lopez Carillo allegedly attempted to sexually assault.
Bizarrely, the copy of the booking report lists the man’s race as “White.” Clearly, he is NOT.

According to a copy of a police report, Lopez Carillo sexually assaulted the then-16-year-old girl at least three times in February 2024. He was 36 years old at the time. The victim said she arrived in the U.S. on August 8, 2023, and was placed in a family’s home who had four other children.
The girl said [Lopez Carillo] would abuse her when the woman of the home was out with her children selling tamales to support the family. During the second incident, he offered her $100 to keep quiet, but she refused.
The report indicates the girl is from Guatemala. The victim’s full report is available in the redacted copy of the police report below:
