From Breitbart: An illegal alien, deported from the United States four times, is now accused of kidnapping, raping, and sodomizing a child, among other things, in Lexington, Kentucky.
This week, Lexington police arrested 31-year-old illegal alien Jorge Luis Martinez-Ulloa of Honduras and charged him with kidnapping a minor, two counts of first-degree rape involving a victim under 12 years old, two counts of first-degree sodomy involving a victim under 12 years old, two counts of sexual abuse of a victim under 12 years old, and first-degree strangulation.
Police allege that on March 29, Martinez-Ulloa kidnapped a child, held her in an apartment, grabbed her by her neck, and raped her.
Following Martinez-Ulloa’s arrest, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents lodged a detainer against the illegal alien, asking Lexington police to notify them if he is released from jail at any time.
Martinez-Ulloa, who is from Honduras, first crossed the U.S.-Mexico border in 2012 near Laredo, Texas, during the Obama administration. He would have been about 17 years old at the time, and was deported back to Honduras.
In 2021, at the beginning of the Biden administration, Martinez-Ulloa illegally crossed the border into the U.S. THREE TIMES – on Feb. 21, 2021, Feb. 28, 2021, and March 7, 2021. Each time he was deported. He managed to sneak back across the border at an unknown date a fifth time, without getting caught. Now, he has been busted for kidnapping and raping a child.
“This criminal illegal alien kidnapped and raped a child. ICE is requesting Lexington not release this child predator without notification to ICE law enforcement. Thankfully, Lexington cooperates with ICE, so this pedophile will not be released from jail back into American neighborhoods,” said Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis in a press release. “We need more cities and states to cooperate with us to help remove sickos like this from our country. Under President Trump and Secretary Mullin, ICE will continue arresting and removing child rapists from our country.”
The Department of Homeland Security announced:

On March 29, 2026, ICE requested the Fayette County Jail not release Jorge Luis Martinez-Ulloa, a Honduran National accused of kidnapping, rape of a child under the age of 12, sodomy of a minor, assault, and strangulation. Martinez-Ulloa kidnapped the child and trapped her in an apartment where he is accused of grabbing her by her neck and raping her.
This child predator should have NEVER been in our country, but illegally entered our nation 4 TIMES under the Obama and Biden administrations. He entered a fifth time at an unknown date.
Thankfully, Lexington cooperates with ICE, so this pedophile will NOT be released from jail back into our communities. We need more cities and states to cooperate with us and help remove sick monsters like this from our nation.
