ONLINE FEUD ERUPTS: VP Vance slams journalist Laura Loomer over abortion post

3

Vice President JD Vance delivered an inspiring address at the National March For Life demonstration in Washington, D.C. Friday afternoon, where thousands of pro-life Americans gather each year to defend the sanctity of life.

In his speech, Vance quoted scripture from the Bible and spoke about the blessing that children bring. He spoke about protecting religious freedom, child tax credits, and home ownership.

Vance also spoke about fraud investigations into Planned Parenthood, and said the Trump administration has reinstated a ban on the use of fetal tissue in federal research. He also announced, “We’re going to start blocking every international NGO that performs or promotes abortion abroad from receiving a dollar of U.S. money.”

Surprisingly, independent journalist Laura Loomer slammed Vance for speaking at the event, claiming Republicans should stop talking about abortion.

In a post on X, Loomer asked, “Why is the GOP pushing more abortion messaging in a midterm election year? Didn’t they learn their lesson in 2018? Trump doesn’t like when the GOP focuses on abortion. How many times does he have to say this? Trump gets it. The GOP will blow the midterms.”

LifeNews.com reminded Loomer, “Trump and Vance ran on pro-life in 2024 and won.”

Vance fired back in a stinging rebuke to Loomer.

“The president literally sent a video to the March for Life today and encouraged me to accept their invitation, which I was happy to do. It’s interesting that some “conservative influencers” spend all of their time attacking the administration and sowing division. Disgraceful actually,” he declared.

Loomer won’t let it rest, and is blasting out additional statements on X, asking why Vance is calling her “divisive” instead of calling out the divisive statements made by Tucker Carlson and former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene.

She also oddly claimed, “The pro-life movement has never been appreciative to President Trump. They secretly wish Roe v Wade was never overturned so they could have another excuse to raise more money and accomplish nothing. They should be more appreciative. Maybe they want the GOP to lose some more elections.”

Loomer even bizarrely implied that Vance was intentionally trying to keep Republicans from winning in the midterms so Trump would be impeached and he could end up as president.

President Trump did not attend the event in person, but he did deliver an address by video, which was broadcast to the attendees at the event.
