From Fox News: The Department of Homeland Security has released court records it says definitively prove Salvadoran migrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a member of the infamous MS-13 gang. This comes as Democrats clamor for the return of Abrego Garcia, who they say was “wrongly deported” to a maximum-security prison in his home country as part of the Trump administration’s efforts to crack down on illegal migrant crime.
According to a Prince George’s County, Maryland, Police Department interview sheet shared with Fox News by DHS, local police discovered Abrego Garcia during a murder investigation. Police found him loitering in a Home Depot parking lot with other known MS-13 gang members in possession of illicit drugs in 2019.
Prince George’s County Gang Unit MS-13 Intelligence Squad conducted an interview with Abrego Garcia and contacted a “past proven and reliable source” who identified him as an active member of MS-13 with the “Westerns” clique, with the rank of “Chequeo” and the moniker of “Chele.”
Additionally, publicly available court records filed against Abrego Garcia cast further doubt on the Democrats’ narrative about his innocence.
Abrego Garcia, 29, from El Salvador, snuck into the United States illegally on or about March 25, 2012, when he was 16 years old. About five years after arriving in the U.S., Abrego Garcia reportedly met Jennifer Vasquez Sura, a U.S. citizen, whom he later married. They have a 5-year-old child, and she has two older children.
Attorney General Pam Bondi posted link on social media Wednesday afternoon and announced, “We are releasing additional information on Kilmar Abrego Garcia.”
CLICK HERE to access the newly-released police records, which reveal that police found him loitering in a Home Depot parking lot on March 28, 2019, with three other MS-13 gang members. In the report, police list all the reasons Abrego Garcia was confirmed to be an MS-13 member.

During the White House press briefing Wednesday afternoon, press secretary Karoline Leavitt, in rapid fire, laid out the case against Abrego Garcia.

Abrego Garcia’s wife filed DOMESTIC VIOLENCE claims against him in 2021. Fox News reporter Bill Melugin posted a copy of the report and wrote:
Fox News has obtained the written domestic violence allegations from Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s wife in 2021, in which she alleges he is a repeat wife beater & writes “At this point, I am afraid to be close to him. I have multiple photos/videos of how violent he can be and all the bruises he bas left me.”
In her own handwriting, she alleges that Abrego Garcia punched and scratched her on her eye, leaving her bleeding after throwing her laptop on the floor. She writes that on another day, he got angry again, started yelling, and ripped her shirt and shorts off, then grabbed her arm, leaving marks.
She also writes that in two times in 2020, he hit her.
“In November 2020, he hit me with his work boot”.
“In August 2020, hit me in the eye leaving a purple eye.”

1. When Garcia was arrested he was found with rolls of cash and drugs.
2. He was arrested with two other members of MS-13.
3. Two judges found that he was a member of MS-13. That finding has not been disturbed.
