FROM DAILY MAIL: Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night show was mysteriously canceled Thursday night at the last minute.
The episode was set to feature actor David Duchovny, Stanger Things star Joe Keery, and musical guest Madison Beer, who broke the news of the 11th-hour decision on social media.
No one at ABC has addressed the abrupt move, but LateNighter reported that it stemmed from ‘a personal matter.’
A fan shared an email allegedly sent from show’s audience team apologizing for the change. It did not detail a reason.
Beer wrote on X at 6:33pm ET Thursday: “Due to unforeseen circumstances, @jimmykimmellive needed to reschedule my performance that was originally scheduled to air tonight to a later date.”
