NEWS ALERT: Massive cargo theft ring uncovered involving migrants from India

0

Over the last two months, two illegal alien truck drivers from India who each obtained a commercial driver’s license (CDL) from the state of California were involved in separate deadly crashes while driving their trucks on U.S. highways. The two drivers were:

  • Harjinder Singh, 28
  • Jashanpreet Singh, 21

However, there’s another stunning story regarding migrants from India out of San Bernardino, California that has barely been covered by the media.  There’s also a possibility the case could all be connected, although authorities have not confirmed that yet.

On October 9, the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department announced the arrest of 11 Sikh migrants from India, along with another individual, who have been using legitimate trucking companies to steal cargo shipments worth millions of dollars, and then re-sell it on the ‘black market.’

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department has dubbed the cargo theft ring as the “Singh Organization.”

The press release reads as follows:

VICTIM(S): Confidential

SUMMARY: Between March 2021 and June 2025, members of the Singh Organization acquired or fraudulently used legitimate trucking companies to bid on authentic shipping contracts. Once they took possession of the freight (primarily electronics, appliances, and other high-value consumer goods), they diverted and stole the shipments instead of delivering them. The stolen cargo was later distributed through intermediaries or black-market channels, with an estimated loss in the millions of dollars.

The suspects committed multiple thefts within San Bernardino County. San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department collaborated with FBI- Riverside Inland Violent Crime Suppression Task Force, Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Fontana Police Department, California Highway Patrol- CTIP, and several other law enforcement agencies to aide in a Federal Indictment.

California Highway Patrol Lt. Dave Navarro explained that many cargo heists first appear to be legitimate transactions. He said the thieves steal a legitimate business’s identity and even impersonate the company’s email, then they trick shippers into handing over entire container loads. Only the cargo then “vanishes,” never reaching its intended destination.

In one case, Utah-based Ari Bikes lost a truckload of almost 350 new bicycles.

In another case last year, Santo Tequila, a company owned by celebrity chef Guy Fieri, lost 24,000 bottles of tequila worth over $1 million, CBS News reported.

Breitbart explained:

On the West Coast, the black market relies heavily on teams of Sikhs from India, many of whom cannot read English.

Mexican truckers dominate the black market in Texas and other southern states.

On the East Coast, the market relies on visiting individual migrants from Eastern Europe.
