From Breitbart: A 17-year-old Wisconsin teen allegedly killed his parents in pursuit of the “financial means and autonomy” to assassinate President Trump, the FBI revealed.
Court documents show the 17-year-old was part of a “satanic cult” which has “strong anti-Judaism anti-Christian and anti-western ideologies,” WISN reported Friday.
Investigators also found a manifesto which “described a call to assassinate President Trump, make and detonate bombs and carry out other terrorist attacks.”
CNN noted that charges against the 17-year-old include two counts of first-degree murder and “two counts of hiding a corpse.” He also faces federal charges tied to the planned assassination.
The teen, Nikita Casap, reportedly shot and and killed his mother and stepfather, Tatiana Casap and her husband, Donald Mayer, inside their home in Waukesha, Wisconsin on February 11. He then reportedly lived in the home with the bodies for 12 days, “all while communicating with his school, his stepfather’s employer and family members from his parents’ accounts.”
Police say Casap intended to escape overseas, and had chatted online with a Ukrainian user, asking how long he would need to hide until he was moved to Ukraine and if he’d be able to get a job there.
He was arrested on February 28 while driving his stepfather’s car through Kansas, and had $14,000 cash with hi, along with $14,000 worth of his mother’s jewelry. Casap is now being held on a $1 million bond.
In the weeks leading up to the murders, Casap reportedly told a classmate that he intended to kill his parents, and also said he was communicating with a Russian man about conspiring to “overthrow the U.S. government and assassinate President Trump.” The classmate said Casap threatened to kill her if she told anyone.
Casap wrote in a manifesto, “As to why, specifically Trump, I think it’s pretty obvious. By getting rid of the president and perhaps the vice president, that is guaranteed to bring in some chaos.”
