Republican activist Scott Presler has raised several red flags over issues already developing on Election Day in multiple battleground states.
In Pennsylvania, Presler has been sounding the alarm over a critical issue that has been completely ignored by the headlines.
Democrats currently hold a 5-2 majority in the Pennsylvania state Supreme Court, but on Tuesday, voters are deciding whether to retain three Democrat justices for another 10-year term. Presler has warned if voters don’t get rid of them, they are stuck with them until 2035.
At 7:55 a.m. Tuesday morning, Presler announced there’s already a problem in Pennsylvania – Independent voters are not included in the poll books.
He wrote: “BREAKING NEWS: Independent voters were NOT included in the poll books. Now, every independent in Chester County has to vote a provisional ballot. This is for ALL of Chester County. How does this even happen? Share everywhere. On phone w/ legal. 📍Chester County, PA.”

Presler later added, “The @PAStateDept must IMMEDIATELY get more provisional ballots to every polling location in Chester County. This is your blunder. You didn’t include independent voters. You are disenfranchising thousands of voters. One of the most incompetent debacles in Pennsylvania history.”

In another post, Presler declared, “Someone from Chester County is going to get fired over this. This is one of the worst voter disenfranchisement abuses in Pennsylvania history. What are you going to do about this, @Commish_Schmidt? Voters, demand a provisional ballot. Record evidence. Send me everything.”

The Pennsylvania Department of State admitted, “This morning, Chester County informed the Department of State of the error in printing of their election books. We are in contact with the county to help them address this quickly — in the meantime, unaffiliated voters can still vote safely and securely via provisional ballot at their polling place.”

Conservative host Jack Posobiec fumed, “All independents were excluded from poll books in the entire county of Chester? I’ve worked elections in Chester County PA for years. This is beyond mere incompetence.”
