Kamala Harris may have fired up attendees inside the Democrat National Convention in Chicago this week, but out on the streets, Chicago voters clearly weren’t impressed.
In a video shared on social media Thursday by journalist Ben Bergquam, a group of former Democrats in downtown Chicago said they are now supporting former President Donald Trump as the next president.
They slammed Harris over her tactics as a prosecutor, and also blasted the Biden-Harris administration over the massive influx of illegal aliens coming to their city.
They noted it’s now harder to get jobs.
“Don’t let the mainstream media fool you, the inner city is waking up all over the country,” Bergquam wrote.

Conservative podcaster Benny Johnson posted another video on social media Thursday afternoon, after interviewing people in downtown Chicago.
One man wearing a MAGA hat dared anyone to try to take it off.
One man said he owns restaurants, and things were much easier under Trump.
“Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump,” the people responded one by one.
Another man trying to sell Harris-Walz shirts laughed, “We just had a bunch of policeman tell us to burn these shirts.”
One person from Hong Kong confirmed they already know what communism is like.
“I don’t want communism,” a man declared.
