Expressing Gratitude to God
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
James 1:2-4
“Consider it pure joy… I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances.”
True gratitude isn’t just thanking God for new blessings; it’s trusting Him in hard, unfamiliar seasons, knowing He works everything for our good and counting it all joy because He holds our future.
We should thank God all day for the small things and walk into every moment grateful.
God, thank You. You are our Rock and our Salvation, Help us live life in a state of gratitude. Fill our hearts with the desire to serve and let us be Your effective warriors. We trust You in all things. In Jesus’ we pray, Amen!
