Romans 8:38-39
King James version: 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
New International version: 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
This natural life on earth is full of separations and good-byes…. whether our paths cross for a little while or a lifetime, the day of separation always comes.
But these verses are such a sweet reminder that nothing can separate us from the love of God.
The song below feels like the perfect conclusion, assuring us that in eternity, there will be no more separation, no more good-byes, no more sorrow. Only beautiful fellowship and joy forever.
