Psalm 1:1-2
1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

These verses remind us that there are some things we shouldn’t participate in as a child of God. But if we take some time every day to just be alone with God and talk to Him, it can be the best part of our day… and will help everything else to fall in its rightful place.
