Sometimes it’s hard to understand why God allows so much wickedness to seemingly have free rein on the earth. We wonder why the world feels so upside down, why evil is upheld as good and good is condemned as evil, why truth is twisted, law and order is condemned, and morality is mocked and shunned.
But this simple verse assures us that God is still over all, and the day is coming when all the world will have to acknowledge it.
And amid all the unrest and uncertainty, one thing is certain… we need the Lord, every hour, in joy or pain, in light or in darkness, in peace or in chaos. God is always the answer.
