Psalm 94:18-19
When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O Lord, held me up. In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.

(Commentary by Anneta G.). Throughout our entire lives, there are times when our feet slip. Sometimes we fall, sometimes there’s someone to catch us before we fall, and help us stand up again. When children slip and fall, we catch them, comfort them, and help them to try again. God does the same for us.
As I look back over the years of my life, I realize it’s been God’s mercy every time that has held me up, given me comfort, and strength to keep going.
I love the song below… Just a Closer Walk With Thee. The closer we are to our Saviour, the safer we are. May God help us today, just to keep close to Him, knowing His mercy will hold us up.
