Galatians 6:9 (ESV)
“And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.”

Life can feel like a marathon, with moments that tempt us to throw in the towel. Whether it’s a challenging relationship, a prolonged struggle, or a dream that seems out of reach, weariness can creep in, whispering that our efforts are in vain. Yet, Galatians 6:9 reminds us of a powerful truth: perseverance in doing good is never wasted in God’s economy. The promise is clear—there is a harvest coming, a season of reaping, if we hold fast and refuse to give up.

God sees every act of kindness, every prayer whispered in faith, every step taken in obedience. When we feel discouraged, we can trust that He is working behind the scenes, preparing a reward for our faithfulness.

Today, let’s reflect on an area of our lives where we’re tempted to give up. Ask God for strength to press on, trusting that He is faithful to bring fruit from your efforts.

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your promise that our labor in You is never in vain. When I feel weary, renew my strength and help me to keep doing good. Give me faith to trust Your timing and courage to persevere. May my life bring glory to You as I press on in hope. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
