MAJOR SCANDAL: Serious questions swirling over Biden’s ‘autopen signature’ on many official WH docs

President Donald Trump has been zoning in on the revelation that nearly everything Joe Biden “signed” when he was in the White House was allegedly done by “autopen”… not a personal signature, according to a new bombshell report.

Serious questions are being asked about WHO was actually running the country while Joe Biden was in the Oval Office.

The New York Post reported earlier this week: Dozens of executive orders signed by former President Joe Biden were authorized with identical autopen signatures — raising crucial questions about whether he was fully aware of what he was signing, critics say.

The conservative Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project uncovered the situation, prompting Biden detractors such as Republican Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey to suggest it could be used to challenge the legitimacy of orders that the 82-year-old former president signed, especially given the concerns about his cognition.

“I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval,” Bailey said.

“If true, these executive orders, pardons, and all other actions are unconstitutional and legally void.”

The Oversight Project has been rolling out the evidence over the past several days, as the “autopen scandal” continues to grow larger by the day.

Last week, the Oversight Project announced:

Below is the letter that was released on July 21, 2024, “signed” by Joe Biden, announcing he was dropping out of his re-election campaign.

In January, House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., shared disturbing details of a meeting he had with Joe Biden about a year earlier, when Biden appeared to be completely unaware of the details of an executive order he had “signed.”

The Oversight Project shared a video of Johnson’s comments and wrote:

Recall that former President Biden admitted to @SpeakerJohnson that he did not remember signing an executive order pausing LNG exports. So, who signed it?

For investigators to determine whether then-President Biden actually ordered the signature of relevant legal documents, or if he even had the mental capacity to, they must first determine who controlled the autopen and what checks there were in place.

Given President Biden’s decision to revoke Executive Privilege for individuals advising Trump during his first Presidency, this is a knowable fact that can be determined with the correct legal process?

The Oversight Project wants to know WHO was really running the Biden Administration, and controlling the autopen, slapping out signatures on literally everything.

-J6 Committee
-Gerald Lundergan

They all have the same exact Biden autopen signature

🚨SECOND AUTOPEN DISCOVERED🚨
We have found that there was a second frequently used autopen signature for President Biden on pardons and commutations.

The Biden White House issued 51 clemency warrants in 4 years. 4,245 people received clemency during the Biden Administration.

This includes 37 of the most brutal murderers on federal death row, a person who murdered two FBI agents, people who provided military support to Iran, Dr. Fauci, General Milley, the J6 Committee, members of the Biden family, and hundreds of drug dealers. Every warrant in this group was signed with an autopen.

Here are the stats on the 51 warrants:

16 were signed with Autopen A
16 were signed with Autopen B
19 appear wet signed.

Note the subtle differences between Autopen A and B. Autopen A has a bigger space between the “p” and “h” in “Joseph” than Autopen B. There are also subtle differences in the “B” in “Biden” and how the word “Jr.” is written.

The Biden aide, who did not respond to requests for comment, would frequently make mention of what “the boss” wanted, the source said, but compatriots would have “no idea” if it was true because the internal culture was to not ask questions.

“I feared no one as much as I feared that [staffer]. To me, [the staffer] basically was the president,” the person said. “No one ever questioned [the staffer]. Period.”

“Everyone” was suspicious of this individual exceeding their authority when claiming to speak for the president, the source said. “But no one would actually say it.”

“I think [the aide] was using the autopen as standard and past protocol,” The Post’s informant said.

“There is no clarity on who actually approved what — POTUS or [the aide].”

President Donald Trump is demanding answers, and has spoken out about the discovery multiple times this week.

In a post on Truth Social Friday evening, Trump wrote, “The person who was the real President during the Biden years was the person who controlled the Autopen!”

“”Who was signing all this stuff? These are major documents. Almost everything was signed by autopen. Nobody has ever heard of such a thing. It should have never happened,” Trump said while speaking to reporters in the Oval Office Thursday.

Trump also addressed the autopen scandal while speaking at the Justice Department on Friday.
