From NY Post: Newly leaked test results suggest that Olympic boxer Imane Khelif is a biological male — more than a year after her towering appearance at the Paris 2024 Olympics sparked international backlash.

Imane Khelif, 26, was found to have XY chromosomes, according to results from a 2023 test carried out by an accredited Indian doctor. 3 Wire Sports obtained and published the documents.

The results of that test led the Russian-controlled boxing authority to expel Khelif from the 2023 women’s boxing World Championship in India.

Khelif has denied being male, saying “she was raised a girl,” the Post reports.

Despite objections from competitors who did not want to fight him, Khelif was allowed to compete in the 2024 Paris Olympics, where he won a gold medal. The Olympic governing body at the time denied claimed that Khelif was a biological male and that the results, which came from Dr. Lal Path Labs, an accredited New Delhi facility, were “not legitimate.” It was suggested that the Russians had doctored the results.

“Chromosome analysis reveals male karyotype,” the lab report reads.
