Democrat Socialist and “Squad” member Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY) is being blasted for a comment about President Trump she posted on X Friday, which many are saying could result in her getting hit with a massive lawsuit.
Ocasio-Cortez, better known as “AOC” was weighing in after the Justice Department announced there is no list of clients associated with the late convicted pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein.
In a post on X from her personal account, AOC wrote, “Wow who would have thought that electing a rapist would have complicated the release of the Epstein Files?”

That started a barrage of replies (well over 26,000 as of this report), as conservatives are reminding her what happened when ABC News host George Stephanopoulos falsely claimed in an on-air broadcast that Trump had been “found liable for rape.” ABC ended up shelling out $15 million to settle a defamation lawsuit by Trump.
Journalist Laura Loomer fired back at AOC, “Donald Trump has not been criminally convicted of being a rapist. This is defamatory. And I hope you are sued by Trump for this the same way George Stephanopoulos was sued and forced to pay Trump $15 million dollars. I hope you have millions ready for Trump, Porky. @AOC.”
