FROM DAILY MAIL :Megyn Kelly criticized an extremely revealing dress worn by Sydney Sweeney as the actress strolled down the red carpet during an event to honor the ‘Power of Women.’
The conservative commentator was irritated by Sweeney’s sparkly silver dress which left very little to the imagination – but believed the Euphoria star may have been sabotaged at the Variety event in Los Angeles.
While noting that the star looked ‘spectacular,’ Kelly compared Sweeney unfavorably to the style of Kim Kardashian.
“I object to this. I disapprove of the dress she wore because it’s completely see-through. You can see her entire nipples,” Kelly said.
“She reminded me of Kim Kardashian who overshares and then takes away the thing that is the sexiest, which is every guy’s hoping to be the one who actually sees them for real, and leaving a little to the imagination,” she went on..
Kelly said she feared Sweeney was tricked into wearing the revealing outfit.
“I think she might have been misled into it,” she said. “That’s my bet, because, like when I did a saucy photo shoot one time for GQ, what I wore was appropriate. It was just a slip dress. That’s all it was. I did not show anything close to areola then, I never would.
“But I think probably she’s very young… and I guarantee you, somebody brought the dress to her and was like, ‘Now we’ll take it next level.’ And she trusted the wrong person, and before you knew it, we had all seen it.”
