From Breitbart: A Haitian migrant charged with triple murder entered the U.S. through a humanitarian parole program during former President Joe Biden’s administration, according to reports.
Mackendy Darbouze, 26, has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder in Fayetteville, North Carolina, after he was accused of fatally stabbing three members of his family — including two children — with a knife.
A press release on the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) website announced that Darbouze was arrested on Feb. 21, and includes the following details:
Police responded to a 911 call at a residence, and a search revealed three deceased individuals and a bloody knife. Darbouze was arrested by the responding officers.
ICE was contacted and responded immediately to assist with the interview of Darbouze as he only spoke Creole and was unable to be interviewed in English. The interview was completed using ICE interpreter and translation services, and Darbouze was charged with three counts of first-degree murder.
Darbouze entered the United States legally in July 2024. He was transported to the Cumberland County Jail. ICE has placed a detainer on him.

ICE confirms to @FoxNews that a Haitian man who is charged w/ stabbing three people to death, including two children, in Fayetteville, NC, first flew into the US in July 2024 via fmr President Biden’s controversial CHNV migrant flights program. Police say 26-year-old Mackendy Darbouze fatally stabbed several members of his own family on Friday, including a 4-year-old child, a 13-year-child, and a 77-year-old woman. He is being held without bond.
ICE says Darbouze speaks no English, and their translators interviewed him in Creole upon his arrest. ICE has placed a detainer on him.
