After a letter was released on Sunday from Joe Biden’s personal X/Twitter account, announcing he is suspending his re-election campaign, and then a second statement was released in which Biden endorsed Kamala Harris, conservatives reacted en masse on social media.

Below are some of the best comments from some of the more prominent voices:

Donald Trump Jr. wrote, “Everything about Biden stepping down screams rich oligarchs controlling the Democratic Party. If they cared about democracy, the Clintons and billionaire donors wouldn’t pick the candidate. Vote Trump! Four more years will fix the economy and end the wars. Stand for freedom, not oligarchy. #VoteTrump #EndOligarchy.”

Former GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy warned, “We’re not running against a candidate. We’re running against a system.”

Ramaswamy expounded on the warning in an interview with Benny Johnson:

Tara Reade, who worked for Biden as a Congressional aide in 1992 and 1993, delivered a brutal response to Biden’s announcement.  In 2020, Reade came forward to allege that Biden had sexually assaulted her in 1993 in a Capitol Hill office building, during the time she was working for him.

Biden has denied her allegation, and mainstream media has repeatedly dismissed her.  But Reade is holding her ground.

On Sunday, she wrote, “You were never qualified. You are corrupt, and you raped me in 1993 when I worked for you. So you run away, but you can not hide.”

Investigative journalist James O’Keefe: “All bets are off. Anybody who tells you they know what is going to happen is a liar. There is going to be another series of black swan events before Election Day that throws everything off again. The only thing that we know for sure is that there is corruption on the inside.”

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) joked, “I endorse Ilhan Omar as the Democrat nominee for President.”

Sen. JD Vance, the Republican vice presidential nominee, wrote, “Joe Biden has been the worst President in my lifetime and Kamala Harris has been right there with him every step of the way. Over the last four years she co-signed Biden’s open border and green scam policies that drove up the cost of housing and groceries. She owns all of these failures, and she lied for nearly four years about Biden’s mental capacity–saddling the nation with a president who can’t do the job. President Trump and I are ready to save America, whoever’s at the top of the Democrat ticket. Bring it on.”

Prominent social media user KanekoaTheGreat: “Joe just dropped out. The Democratic elite, corporate media, and billionaire donors successfully pressured the candidate chosen by Democratic primary voters to drop out because he’s down in the polls and losing. Democrats destroy democracy in pursuit of power.”

Elon Musk replied: “Exactly.”

Musk added: “I heard last week that he would resign at this exact time and date. It was widespread knowledge in DC. The real powers that be are discarding the old puppet in favor of one that has a better chance of fooling the public. They fear Trump because he is not a puppet.”

Musk continued: “My smartest friends, including those living in the San Francisco Bay Area who have been lifelong Dems, are excited about Trump/Vance. I believe in an America that maximizes individual freedom and merit. That used to be the Democratic Party, but now the pendulum has swung to the Republican Party.”

Responding to Bill and Hillary Clinton’s quick endorsement of Harris, Musk mused, “It’s almost like they knew it was coming.”

Venture capitalist David Sacks: “First they told us there was nothing wrong with Biden. Then they threatened to destroy him if he didn’t leave the race. Now they’re calling him a “hero.” How can you not be sickened by these people?”

North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum: “President Trump’s strength, dominant debate performance, and the party’s unity at last week’s convention has led to Biden admitting an early defeat. Our nation is ready for a return to President Trump’s common sense leadership which will restore the American dream for everyone!

“The Democrats destructive policies have lead to open borders, high inflation, and chaos around the world. It does not matter who Democrats select to run. We have President Trump at the top of our ticket and he is stronger than ever!”

Current Trump advisor Jason Miller: “This is only happening because President Trump kicked Joe Biden’s ass in the debate. For years, Kamala Harris, Dr. Kevin O’Connor (who should be questioned) & the media lied & covered up for Biden. But after President Trump’s debate victory, there was no more hiding it.”

Former Trump advisor Stephen Miller: “The entire Democrat party has been complicit in hiding Joe Biden’s senile dementia for 4 years. We’ve had no president while our planet has plunged into war. A scandal beyond measure. Which is why the entire Democrat Party must be ejected from power—and Joe Biden must resign NOW.”

Miller also wrote: “The “leader of the free world” just announced via PDF he’s surrendering the nomination after winning the primary. Without citing a reason. Does anyone — anyone — know who’s running the country now?”

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis: “Kamala Harris was complicit in a massive coverup to hide and deny the fact that Joe Biden was not capable of discharging the duties of the office. She also was the the border czar during the worst border crisis in American history. Democrats are just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.”

Former Ark. Gov. Mike Huckabee: “Biden bails out saying he’s not able to be a candidate. But he thinks he’s able to still be President? I truly believe being President is harder than being candidate. Unless he really HASN’T been functioning as President anyway, which isn’t the least bit comforting.”

Actor James Woods: “They tried to destroy President Trump with the Russia Hoax, two phony impeachments, lawfare indictments across the landscape, an engineered virus, and even leaving him vulnerable to assassination. Trump, on the other hand, kicked Biden to the curb with a single debate.”

House Speaker Mike Johnson:

At this unprecedented juncture in American history, we must be clear about what just happened. The Democrat Party forced the Democrat nominee off the ballot, just over 100 days before the election.

Having invalidated the votes of more than 14 million Americans who selected Joe Biden to be the Democrat nominee for president, the self-proclaimed ‘party of democracy’ has proven exactly the opposite.

The party’s prospects are no better now with Vice President Kamala Harris, who co-owns the disastrous policy failures of the Biden Administration. As second in command and a completely inept border czar, Harris has been a gleeful accomplice — not only in the destruction of American sovereignty, security, and prosperity, but also in the largest political coverup in U.S. history. She has known for as long as anyone of his incapacity to serve.

Regardless of the chaos in the current White House, our adversaries around the globe should be reminded that the U.S. Congress, the U.S. military, and the American people are fully prepared and committed to defend our interests both at home and abroad.

If Joe Biden is not fit to run for President, he is not fit to serve as President. He must resign the office immediately. November 5 cannot arrive soon enough.

The only reason @JoeBiden is dropping out today is because his administration plotted an assassination of Donald Trump and missed. It’s a lot easier to drop out over “peer pressure” and an illness than to be forced to resign once the American people learn all about how the Biden admin plotted to put a bullet in Donald Trump’s head.

This is why he dropped out the day before the Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle was supposed to testify tomorrow in front of Congress.

Now the media will be distracted. The cover up of the Biden admin’s and Deep State’s plot to assassinate Donald Trump is in full swing now. We can’t let them get away with this.

Something smells. Why would President Biden announce such a momentous and historic decision on a Sunday afternoon on a social media platform? The letter he posted was not written on White House stationary. And his signature appeared to be photoshopped. Also, Biden’s signature was underlined and typically he does not underline his name.

His staff only found out once the message had been posted on X. And Cabinet members were notified by the Chief of Staff — not Biden.

The last time the public saw Biden he feebly walked down the stairs of Air Force One and had to be physically assisted into the presidential limo. He has not been seen in public since.

How do we know Biden wrote that letter? And how do we know that Biden posted the letter on his X page? There wasn’t even an official White House photograph of the moment.

His brother, Frank Biden, told CBS News that health “absolutely” was the deciding factor in the decision. And then he told CBS “Selfishly, I will have him back to enjoy whatever time he has left.”

Is President Biden still alive? Is he awake and alert? Is he in command of his faculties? With respect, we need to see proof of life.
