From Fox News: Maine’s trans athlete conflict reignited this week with residents taking action at school board meetings.
During one meeting of the school board in the state’s capital of Augusta Wednesday, two women undressed to protest the state’s policies that allow biological males to compete in girls sports and use girls locker rooms.
The stunt came while local parent Nick Blanchard delivered a monologue condemning the school board for enforcing the state’s policies on the issue. Blanchard had spoken earlier in the meeting but returned to the lectern at the end of the meeting with the protesting women behind him to carry out the act.
“I’m about to show you guys how uncomfortable it is for young girls,” Blanchard declared to the board members. “You feel uncomfortable? Because that’s what these young girls feel like when a boy walks into their locker room and starts unchanging in front of them. Yeah, you feel uncomfortable, right? That’s what these young girls feel like every time a young boy changes in front of them.”
While Blanchard continued speaking, two women and one man proceeded to change their clothes, right in front of the school board.
One board member started protesting, saying, “Point of order!” But Blanchard fired back, “So now I’m about to show you guys how uncomfortable it is for these young girls.”
Blanchard, who goes by the name “Corn Pop” on social media, posted a video of the incident on X.
The Augusta School Board had a chance to be heroes but instead became zeros 👎👎
So Corn Pop and a few Augusta residents stepped in, giving them a taste of their own medicine, making them feel as uneasy as young girls do when a young man changes in front of them. 🤣🤣🤣… pic.twitter.com/bStc7BHk3c

Below is a better video of the moment, as Blanchard gives the school board a literal dressing down.
How in the WORLD could any school board could still support biological boys in girls’ restrooms and locker rooms after this? https://t.co/i6guVIk6K1

At a California school board meeting, women’s rights activist Beth Bourne showed the school board what it looks like when a teen girl puts on a breast binder, and demanded to know why girls as young as 12 receiving free breast binders without their parents’ knowledge?
What does it look like when a teen girl puts on a breast binder? 🚨🚨
Clearly the @YoloCountyCA Board of Supervisors were uncomfortable watching me struggle to squeeze into this torture garment.
I asked the Board members:
Why are CommuniCare “gender affirming clinicians”… pic.twitter.com/tnrhh82Tm4

At another school board meeting on September 18, Bourne stripped down to her underwear to demonstrate how uncomfortable it is for girls to have boys in their locker rooms, and the school board immediately declared they were going into recess and cut her mic.

Libs of TikTok posted a video on Friday and wrote, “Students at Roseburg High School in OR staged a walkout after a MALE student invaded the FEMALE locker room. Students claim that the school is threatening them with suspension or canceling homecoming in retaliation for speaking out against the trans bathroom policy. Insane.”
Riley Gaines responded, “This is the way forward. Say no. Enough is enough. Don’t play their games.”
