Owens claims Ackman pressured Kirk to visit Israel during this high-stakes encounter. She alleges that threats were made as part of an intense “intervention” to influence Kirk’s stance. According to Owens, Kirk was reconsidering his long-standing support for Israel. She revealed that Kirk had been offered a substantial sum of money during this period that would be funneled to Turning Point USA.

Owens stated, “I know that Charlie was offered a significant amount of money… a ton of money.”

The meeting’s charged atmosphere was detailed in journalist Max Blumenthal’s recent Grayzone report. Blumenthal described the Hamptons dinner as a pivotal moment of confrontation. His reporting confirmed the high-pressure tactics used against Kirk.

Owens further claimed that Kirk faced demands from megadonors to cancel Tucker Carlson’s appearance at AmericaFest in December 2025. She then claimed these pressures were part of a broader effort to control Kirk’s public positions. Owens also referenced a recent interview Kirk gave to Megyn Kelly. In that interview, Kirk openly discussed the intense pressures from powerful donors. He expressed frustration over their attempts to dictate and micromanage his views on Israel.
