From Fox News: The State Department has revoked the visa of a student who participated in protesting in favor of Hamas, a move in line with President Donald Trump’s call for canceling visas of students involved in the anti-Israel demonstrations on college campuses.
The State Department confirmed the matter with Fox News, without identifying the student or what university they attended due to “legal constraints.”
“Yesterday evening, we revoked the first visa of an alien who was previously cited for criminal behavior in connection with Hamas-supporting disruptions,” the State Department said. “This individual was a university student. ICE will proceed with removing this person from the country.”
According to a separate report by Axios: “Officials plan to examine internal databases to see whether any visa holders were arrested but allowed to stay in the country during the Biden administration.”
Secretary of State Marco Rubio declared Thursday, “Those who support designated terrorist organizations, including Hamas, threaten our national security. The United States has zero tolerance for foreign visitors who support terrorists. Violators of U.S. law — including international students — face visa denial or revocation, and deportation.”
Fox News reporter Bill Melugin then announced, ” Per a senior State Department official, yesterday, the State Dept. revoked the first visa for an “alien who was previously cited for criminal behavior in connection with Hamas-supporting disruptions”.
“I’m told this person was a university student, and “ICE will proceed with removing this person from the country.”
“The official says the State Dept. reviewed over 100,000 visas, and records showed the Biden administration canceled zero visas for pro Hamas activities or associated criminal behavior, despite the wave of protests on college campuses that broke out after the 10/7/2023 terror attacks on Israel.”

The pro-Hamas students have been taking over buildings on New York college campuses.
“Any of these students on a foreign visa should be expelled from the country immediately,” declared Sen. Josh Hawley in response to the video.

President Donald Trump blasted out a fierce warning earlier this week:
All Federal Funding will STOP for any College, School, or University that allows illegal protests. Agitators will be imprisoned/or permanently sent back to the country from which they came. American students will be permanently expelled or, depending on on the crime, arrested. NO MASKS! Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Democrat Rep. Ritchie Torres (NY) agreed the disruptive students should be expelled.
“Anti-Israel agitators are at it again, taking over a building at Barnard college and preventing students from attending classes and using the library. If colleges like Barnard had a clear policy of expelling students who take over private property, the hostile takeovers would end in a heartbeat. The lack of accountability is an open invitation to lawlessness and disorder on college campuses,” Torres wrote.

Eyal Yakoby, a 22-year-old student exposing the disrupters, shared another video and wrote, “Barnard College distributed fliers that warned students to clear the building immediately or face consequences. The students instead ripped them up and threw them on the floor. Why is the administration appeasing them? Arrest them and expel them.”
