Radical Democrats are going all-out to defend a Palestinian Hamas-supporter in the U.S. on a green card.

Fox News reporter Bill Melugin explains that the Trump administration has every right to deport this guy:

Politicians keep getting this wrong, it doesn’t matter if Khalil hasn’t been charged with a crime. It’s not required under Section 237 (a)(4)(C) of the INA, which is the statute Rubio is using, which gives him broad discretion. There is prior precedent w/ this rarely used provision.

In 1995, in the Matter of Ruiz-Massieu, the courts sided w/ then U.S. Secretary of State Warren Christopher’s powers to deport a Mexican national under the same provision, though it is extremely rarely used.

Khalil also has not been “disappeared”. You can look him up in the online ICE inmate locator at any time and see where he’s being held.

Here’s Sen. Chris Murphy, claiming Mahmoud Khalil has not broken any laws.

But the following exchange is literally jaw-dropping, as CNN host Abby Phillip literally claims that even though Khalil supported Hamas, he is no threat to our national security. WATCH:

From Libs of TikTok: Dugger Band, a country music brother duo from Tennessee, were reportedly sent a letter from the show ‘Today in Nashville on @WSMV’ telling them that they weren’t allowed to perform their new song “True Colors” because it’s “politically biased.”

The song is about how they are proud to be Americans and tired of people criticizing the US. Since when did patriotism become “politically biased?”
