1) ‘Dreams Are Being Crushed’: Gen Z Voter Explains How Biden-Harris Admin Policies Have Caused Young Men To Back Trump

From Daily Caller: Twenty-two-year-old Gen Z voter Jahmiel Jackson explained Tuesday on Fox News that due to Biden-Harris policies affecting issues like wages and housing, young male voters are shifting toward supporting former President Donald Trump for the November election.

A New York Times/Siena College poll released on Saturday shows men aged 18 to 29 strongly favor Trump over both President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. On “The Story With Martha MacCallum,” Jackson, who is a Trump supporter, stated Biden had “crushed one of his biggest dreams” with the botched Afghanistan withdrawal and noted how his friends now struggle to find jobs, earn more money and afford a family and a home.

“My reaction is — well first, when I think about that, I think of when President Biden was first in office when there was a honeymoon period until he tried to pull out of Afghanistan. That’s when he crushed one of my biggest dreams, which was serving in the military right after I graduated college,” Jackson said.

“So then I look at a lot of the friends that I have who are males around my age — they want to have homes, they want to start families, they want to make a lot of money,” Jackson continued. “We all have these individual dreams, and then we start to see that it’s becoming less and less possible. I have guy friends who have finance degrees who are now baristas because they can’t find a job.”

2) Home Depot partnered with Human Rights Campaign to teach elementary school kids about pansexuals

From Fox Business: Home Depot partnered with an LGBTQ program that provided elementary students with information on “pansexual” identities and being “nonbinary.”

In 2022, Home Depot announced one of its “Diversity Partnerships” was the Human Rights Campaign’s “Welcoming Schools” program, which is a program to educate students on transgender and LGBTQ terms. The Welcoming Schools program offers K-12 lesson plans and other LGBTQ resources on its website – which were available before Home Depot announced the partnership. Home Depot announced in June 2022 the company was expanding its partnership with the Human Rights Council.

“The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation works to make transformational change in the everyday lives of LGBTQ+ people,” Home Depot’s announcement said. “While The Home Depot has partnered with the HRC Foundation in the past to advance meaningful change, we’ve expanded our partnership to support multiple initiatives that align with key commitments around advancing education for all, specifically within diverse communities.”

3) Lowe’s Changes Some DEI Policies Amid Legal Attacks on Diversity Programs and Activist Pressure

From Breitbart: Home improvement chain Lowe’s is scaling back its diversity, equity and inclusion policies, joining the ranks of several other companies that altered their programs since the U.S. Supreme Court outlawed affirmative action in college admissions or after facing a conservative backlash online.

In an internal memo shared by Lowe’s with The Associated Press, its executive leadership said the retailer began “reviewing” its programs following the court’s July 2023 ruling and the company recently decided to combine its resource groups, which were for “individual groups representing diverse sections of our associate population,” into one umbrella organization.

The retailer also will no longer participate in an annual survey by the Human Rights Campaign that measures workplace inclusion for LGBTQ+ employees, and will also stop sponsoring and participating in events, such as festivals and parades, that are outside of its business areas.

4) Disney Seeks DEI Director, Offering Salary 4x The National Average

From Daily Wire: Disney is hiring a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) director who could earn up to four times the national average income, pushing a far-left agenda.

A job posting from the Walt Disney Company for a DEI director role advertises a minimum salary of $197,700 and a maximum salary of $241,500. The average American salary in 2024 is $59,428 annually.

“We’re seeking a Director of Strategic External Engagement – Enterprise DEI to lead our efforts in building strategic relationships with external stakeholders, driving community engagement, and generating valuable insights to support our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) objectives,” the job description reads.

The new director will be tasked with advancing the company’s left-wing program, and be required to “lead initiatives focused on specific dimensions of diversity,” and “amplify DEI content and communicate progress.”

5) NASA’s DEI training under fire for linking ‘objectivity’ and ‘individualism’ to white supremacy

From The Blaze: A diversity, equity, and inclusion training video posted online allegedly showed a NASA engineer expressing guilt over not being equally welcoming to all races. The video begins with the supposed engineer discussing her desire to “create spaces where people can be all they want to be.”

The woman then said she regretted not making her projects as inclusive as possible.

“And in doing this work of examining my own intentions and my own actions and their impact, I can see that there’s so much more that I could have done to make the projects I’ve led equally welcoming to black, indigenous, and people of color as the white people they have engaged.”

“I feel a lot of shame and regret about that,” the woman continued. “So I’m looking forward to today’s event and to this whole series as steps in my personal and professional journey to make my work more anti-racist and therefore more effective in reaching my aspiration,” she added.

The video then cuts to a slide in a lesson plan with the heading “white supremacy culture,” which focuses on words and phrases such as “fear of open conflict,” “objectivity,” and even “individualism.”
