During a trick-or-treat event at the White House Wednesday night, Joe Biden, 81, was seen “biting” at least four babies dressed in Halloween costumes.
In photos posted on social media, three of the babies were seen being held by their mothers, and one baby was brought to Biden by her father.
Two photos show Biden leaning over to “bite” the baby on its foot.
Another photo shows Biden pretending to chomp down on a baby’s thigh, with his nose pressed near the baby’s crotch.
In another photo, Biden appears to be tasting a baby’s arm.
None of the babies’ parents appeared to be one bit uncomfortable about the interaction, but plenty of people on social media have found it appalling and creepy.
Biden was dressed in a normal suit, but Jill Biden emerged as a panda bear.
