From NY Post: Dramatic footage shows the chaotic moment a frustrated driver ran over the leg of a “No Kings” protester who was trying to block the vehicle’s path in downtown Los Angeles on Sunday.
The woman confronts a burgundy sedan with what appears to be California plates at an intersection, and first stands in front of the car and puts her hands on the hood, according to video circulating on X.
The car rolls slowly toward the protester, who doesn’t move and makes an attempt to shove the vehicle back.
The driver of the sedan, which had the green light, then speeds up and the demonstrator, who appears to be in her early 20s, goes tumbling to the ground before the car’s front right wheel rolls over her lower leg.

The Los Angeles Fire Department later reported that they’d “responded to a pedestrian struck at low speed by an automobile.”
They reported that a 20-year-old female pedestrian “was transported in fair condition to a local hospital with an isolated lower extremity injury.”
No one else was reported injured during that incident.
