According to reporters who were in the Fort Pierce, Florida courtroom, wild pandemonium broke out after a jury announced a unanimous GUILTY verdict in the trial of Ryan Routh, who was charged for attempting to assassinate then-presidential candidate Donald Trump inn September of last year.
Sentencing has been scheduled for December 18.
Fox News reported that as the verdict was being read, Routh went berserk and tried to stab himself in the neck with a pen.
Four court marshals then dragged Routh out of the courtroom, removed his coat, shackled him at the waist and at the ankles, and then returned him to the room.
Routh’s daughter then started yelling and screaming at her father, saying, “Don’t do anything! I’m going to get you out of here!”
The daughter then reportedly ran from the room, cursing and yelling, as she fled from the media.

Video footage was broadcast by Fox News of the daughter running from the building, yelling profanities.
