BREAKING: Supreme Court allows Trump to swiftly deport certain illegal aliens to ‘third countries’ [DHS responds]

From NBC NewsThe Supreme Court made it easier Monday for the Trump administration to deport convicted criminals to “third countries” to which they have no previous connection.

In a brief unsigned order that did not explain its reasoning, the court put on hold a federal judge’s ruling that said those affected nationwide should have a “meaningful opportunity” to bring claims that they would be at risk of torture, persecution or death if they were sent to countries the administration has made deals with to receive deported immigrants.

As a result, the administration will be able to try to quickly remove immigrants to such third countries, including South Sudan. Affected immigrants can still attempt to bring individual claims.

The ruling was 6-3, with the three liberal justices opposing the move.

Homeland Security spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin blasted out the following statement:

Fire up the deportation planes.

The SCOTUS ruling is a victory for the safety and security of the American people. The Biden Administration allowed millions of illegal aliens to flood our country, and, now, the Trump Administration can exercise its undisputed authority to remove these criminal illegal aliens and clean up this national security nightmare.

If these activists judges had their way, aliens who are so uniquely barbaric that their own countries won’t take them back, including convicted murderers, child rapists and drug traffickers, would walk free on American streets.

DHS can now execute its lawful authority and remove illegal aliens to a country willing to accept them.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem posted a copy of the ruling, with a video of the president doing his “Trump dance.”

The ruling just happened to come on Justice Clarence Thomas’ birthday.
