BREAKING: Serious potential conflicts of interest are raised about judge who tried to stop deportation flights

During a hearing with Trump administration lawyers on Monday, Obama-appointed Chief U.S. District Judge James Boasberg of the D.C. Circuit repeatedly demanded extensive details about the deportations flights he had ordered halted, and blasted the Trump administration for not following his orders.

The DOJ lawyers refused to answer many questions, citing national security concerns. According to journalist Julie Kelly, Boasberg was demanding answers to the following questions:

  • How many planes left at any time Saturday based solely on the proclamation.
  • How many people were on each plane.
  • In what country did the planes land.
  • What time did they take off and land.
  • When were they in air space.
  • What time were individuals on the plane transferred to custody.

Attorney Mike Davis reacted, noting that Boasberg was demanding highly classified information and warned, “This will have serious consequences for the President’s ability to handle national-security operations and foreign affairs, if foreign leaders think their secret operations will become public. This puts American and allied lives in grave danger. Hell. No.”

“The Justice Department cannot comply with this lawless, dangerous order by Judge Boasberg. This is a serious violation of the separation of powers. The President must revoke Boasberg’s security clearance. The House must impeach this unhinged judge,” David added.

That’s were investigative journalist Laura Loomer responded, announcing that she had a bombshell to drop.

“Tonight, as soon as I get off this airplane, I will be breaking an EXCLUSIVE report about Judge Boasberg which will make the case for why he must recuse himself and why him getting access to sensitive information is a national security risk. It’s going to blow your mind,” Loomer predicted.

Late Monday night, Loomer posted the following stunning account: [emphasis added]

I have exclusively uncovered a massive CONFLICT OF INTEREST involving Judge James Boasberg, the chief judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Judge Boasberg recently made the decision to prevent the deportation of criminal illegal alien gang members on planes out of the country.

‼️CONFLICT OF INTEREST EXPOSED‼️

The Judge has a daughter named Katherine Boasberg, who works for a 501(c)(3) organization called Partners for Justice @PFJ_USA as a “capacity building associate”. In her position, she helps coordinate and administer grant activities, ensuring compliance, and supporting the delivery of capacity-building programs to strengthen nonprofit infrastructure.

Katherine Boasberg also has pronouns in her bio. She goes by SHE/HER, proving her affiliation with the Left. The Judge’s daughter focuses on criminal defense and advocacy as an employee of Partners For Justice.

Partners for Justice is an organization that derives 76% of its funding from GOVERNMENT GRANTS!

Partners for Justice is transforming public defenders into a robust network of dynamic, people-centered service centers to reduce incarceration, increase equity, and positively impact the lives of those harmed by cycles of incarceration, poor health, and poverty. Since 2018 they have connected thousands of people with stabilizing services and eliminated an estimated 5,000 years of jail and prison time, compared to maximum exposure.”

Partners for Justice strongly opposes mass deportations and legislation targeting members of criminal gangs, and has been a vocal critic of the Laken Riley Act.

In a screenshot below, Emily Galvin-Almanza @GalvinAlmanza, the founder of “Partners for Justice” tweeted an article about Judge Boasberg blocking @realDonaldTrump’s deportations of Venezuelan gang bangers. She employs the Judge’s daughter.

Such a close familial relationship brings into question how the judge may render decisions and how his decisions may impact the professional career of his daughter, who’s employment is based upon defending criminal illegal aliens, gang members, and opposing mass deportations.

It seems that Judge Boasberg has a clear conflict of interest & is obligated to recuse himself from this case, as outlined in the Code of Conduct for United States Judges, which specifies the circumstances under which a judge must disqualify themselves from a proceeding.

The disqualification clause states the following:

“A judge shall disqualify himself or herself in a proceeding in which the judge’s impartiality might reasonably be questioned, including but not limited to instances in which:

The judge or the judge’s spouse, or a person related to either within the third degree of relationship, or the spouse of such a person is:

Known by the judge to have an interest that could be substantially affected by the outcome of the proceeding.”

The mass deportation of criminal illegal aliens and gang members could lead to a substantial reduction in urban crime rates, potentially decreasing the caseload for Partners for Justice, while also reducing gang-related incidents that may, in turn, diminish funding opportunities for Partners For Justice from U.S. government grants and private foundations.

Judge Boasberg MUST RECUSE HIMSELF!

Given his daughter’s employment at a group that advocates for criminal illegal Aliens & is funded by US Government grants, Judge Boasberg should not be granted any sensitive information about deportation flights. His family is a national security threat. See receipts below 👇🏻

Loomer then posted a video of the woman who employs the judge’s daughter, along with the following commentary:

In the video below, Emily Galvin-Almanza @GalvinAlmanza, the founder of “Partners for Justice” @PFJ_USA talks about how “The creation of gang laws lets prosecutors subject black and brown people to a completely different set of rules in court.”

In the video, she provides a defense of gang members and minimizes shoplifting as a crime. She says it’s racist to have laws that crack down on gangs like Tren de Aragua, because 99% of people in jail for gang activity are black and or Hispanic.

This week, she also posted a tweet about Judge Boasberg blocking @realDonaldTrump’s deportations of Venezuelan gang bangers, and she attacked President Trump’s Border Czar @RealTomHoman in another tweet this week.

The woman in the video below is the same woman who employs the Judge’s daughter. Notice, the video was published on the official page for “Partners for Justice”, the organization that Judge Boasberg’s daughter Katherine Boasberg works for as a “Capacity Building Associate”.

Of course Judge Boasberg wants to oppose President Trump’s deportation of criminal illegal aliens and terrorist gang bangers from Venezuela. His daughter’s own employment depends on there being a constant flow of criminal, illegal alien gang bangers in our country!

Galvin-Almanza also re-tweeted a post from March 1, touting lawsuits filed to stop the transfer of illegal aliens to Guantanamo Bay.

In yet ANOTHER potential conflict of interest, Judge Boasberg sat on the FISA Court from 2014 to 2021.

The same FISA Court that approved warrants to spy on the Trump campaign in 2016.

As many know, Judge Boasberg was a FISA Court (FISC) Judge. But it gets worse. He also reviewed James Comey’s memos prior to release in 2018 and oversaw release of Clinton emails in Judicial Watch case back in 2016.

Boasberg gave FBI Lawyer Kevin Clinesmith probation for lying to the FISC by fundamentally altering a CIA email that exonerated Carter Page. Boasberg appointed deep-stater Mary McCord as amicus curiae advisor to the FISA court—AFTER McCord played a material role in personally misleading the FISC in the Page FISA.

Boasberg was also involved in Ray Epps case, giving Epps probation and calling Epps and his wife “victims” of conspiracy theories. Finally, Boasberg took time out to personally attend Trump’s DC trial, seemingly just for the enjoyment of it…
