The election results are in for two critical races and one major constitutional amendment question in the state of Wisconsin, where a special election was held on Tuesday. The election was widely considered to be one of the most critical in the nation.
Democrats have made no secret of the fact that they want to win control of the State Supreme Court, then redraw the legislative districts in order to flip two U.S. House seats from red to blue. This could potentially flip the entire U.S. House of Representatives back to Democrat majority in the midterms, and thus, upend President Trump’s ability to implement his agenda… or even give Democrats the power to impeach him again.
In a crushing blow to Republicans, Dane County Judge Susan Crawford, a Democrat who is backed by liberal billionaire George Soros, Planned Parenthood and former president Barack Obama, has won the state Supreme Court race. This leaves the state court with a 4-3 liberal majority.
Democrat-backed incumbent Jill Underly has also won re-election for the state school superintendent race.
However, Republicans won the Voter ID constitutional amendment question in a massive landslide.
The race results are as follows:
Wisconsin State Supreme Court
- Democrat candidate: Susan Crawford – WON with 54.4% of the vote
- Republican candidate: Brad Schimel received 45.6% of the vote
Wisconsin State School Superintendent
- Democrat incumbent: Jill Underly – WON – 52.4%
- Republican-backed candidate: Brittany Kinser – 47.6%
Voter Photo ID Constitutional Amendment, which would amend the state constitution to require PHOTO ID to vote in elections. This amendment has PASSED in a landslide vote, as Wisconsin voters have made it clear they want PHOTO ID for their elections.
- Yes – 63.3%
- No – 36.7%
President Donald Trump wrote, “VOTER I.D. JUST APPROVED IN WISCONSIN ELECTION. Democrats fought hard against this, presumably so they can CHEAT. This is a BIG WIN FOR REPUBLICANS, MAYBE THE BIGGEST WIN OF THE NIGHT. IT SHOULD ALLOW US TO WIN WISCONSIN, LIKE I JUST DID IN THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, FOR MANY YEARS TO COME!”

Republican voter registration activist Scott Presler announced minutes before the polls closed that there had been a record turnout in Wisconsin, and some counties did run out of ballots. He encouraged voters to stay in line, saying more ballots were being delivered.

Presler warned what might potentially happen: “If we don’t win in Wisconsin today, Democrat Hakeem Jeffries will likely become Speaker of the House. Then, in 2027, democrats will impeach President Trump. If you want Trump to have 4 years — not 2 — then vote 👉BRAD SCHIMEL👈.”

Elon Musk also warned of the potential consequences if Democrats win the Wisconsin State Supreme Court seat.
