BREAKING: Plane flips upside down while landing at airport, multiple injured [VIDEO, PHOTOS]

From Fox News: A plane crashed at Toronto Pearson Airport on Monday afternoon, injuring Delta passengers flying from the U.S., according to Canadian officials.

The plane crash, which involved a Delta Air Lines CRJ-900 jet that had departed from Minneapolis, was first reported by CTV. The incident was reported at 2:45 p.m. local time.

Pictures of the scene show the plane upside-down and mangled on a snow-covered runway.

Peel Regional Police says that it is investigating the number of potential injuries, which are unknown as of now, but paramedics told reporters that there were 8 injuries so far. Of the 8 reported injuries, one was critical and the others were mild to moderate, Reuters reported.

An update by CTV News said of the injuries, one child and two adults are critically injured.

The plane was trying to land in the snow and high winds.

The Daily Mali reported that at least 15 people have been taken to the hospital.  So far, no fatalities have been reported.

The Toronto Pearson International Airport wrote on X, “Toronto Pearson is aware of an incident upon landing involving a Delta Airlines plane arriving from Minneapolis. Emergency teams are responding. All passengers and crew are accounted for.”

One passenger, John Nelson, posted dramatic video and photos after he was able to evacuate the crashed plane.

Radical Democrats are already blaming the crash on President Trump. 

Filmmaker Morgan Freeman claimed, “Thanks Trump for freezing FAA flight control hires! You are murdering people. Or are u blaming DEI, Biden & Obama — under which we had nearly no major airline crashes???”

NOTE: This is NOT the actor Morgan Freeman, but another individual by the same name from Brooklyn, who describes himself on X as a “TV Producer, Filmmaker, Vedic Meditation Practitioner, Human Rights & Racial Justice Advocate, Abolitionist.”

Another far-left activist wildly claimed, “We need a strong FAA, better inspections, and to STOP firing airline support staff!!!!!!”

Social media users had to remind him this happened in Canada in terrible weather conditions, and had nothing to do with the FAA or President Trump.

Delta Airlines released the following statement:

“Delta is aware of reports of Endeavor Flight 4819 operating from Minneapolis/St. Paul to Toronto-Pearson International Airport as involved in an incident. We are working to confirm any details and will share the most current information on http://news.delta.com as soon as it becomes available.”
