BREAKING: More disturbing allegations against deported alleged MS-13 gang member surface

From Fox News: A 2020 protective order case filed against deported “Maryland man” Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the suspected MS-13 gang member being held in El Salvador, sheds even more light on his violent past, a Fox News Digital review of the documents found.

Abrego Garcia, 29, is a Salvadoran illegal immigrant and suspected MS-13 gang member who was living in Maryland until he was deported to the high-security Terrorist Confinement Center (CECOT) in his home country during the first 100 days of the Trump administration.

Though many Democrats, including Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen, hold that Abrego Garcia is an innocent man who was “wrongly deported,” the administration has pointed to considerable evidence that he is a member of the infamous MS-13 gang. In April, the Supreme Court upheld a lower court’s decision ordering the Trump administration to arrange Abrego Garcia’s return.

Abrego Garcia, 29, from El Salvador, snuck into the United States illegally on or about March 25, 2012, when he was 16 years old. About five years after arriving in the U.S., Abrego Garcia reportedly met Jennifer Vasquez Sura, a U.S. citizen, whom he later married. They have a 5-year-old child, and she has two older children from a previous relationship.

Liberal media outlets have repeatedly labeled Abrego Garcia as a “Maryland man” and a “Maryland father.”  However, new details have surfaced that now show his wife had even accused him of child abuse.

On May 5, 2021, Vasquez Sura had filed a domestic violence report with the police, sharing details that he had beaten her.

Now another domestic violence report has surfaced, which Vasquez Sura filed on August 3, 2020. On the ‘petition for protection’ form, she checked the boxes for  “acts of abuse,” including kicking, slapping, shoving, mental injury of a child and detaining against will. She was requesting protection for herself, their son, and her two older children.

Fox News writes:

It says on Aug. 3, 2020, that her “husband took [her] phone around 1:00 a.m., and in the morning he wanted to take my car, but I told him I was going to go out with my kids. He then got angry. I went upstairs to make food for my kids but he turned off the stove.”

In addition, the form said Abrego Garcia had threatened her and wrote that she has a recording in which he “told [her] ex-mother-in-law that even if he kills me no one can do anything to him.”

On Aug. 11, 2020, Vasquez Sura asked for the petition to be rescinded, saying her family wanted to take part in their son’s birthday, and Abrego Garcia “also agreed to continue counseling and if not [he’s] willing to sign divorce papers.”

It gets even worse:

The form also describes an incident in November 2019 when he grabbed her “by the hair in the car.” In December 2019, he allegedly grabbed her hair in the car and “dragged” her “out of car leaving [her] in the street.” She wrote that he also “broke” her son’s tablet, “broke doors” in the house, pushed her against a wall, broke a phone and a television and damaged the walls that spring.

Fox News reporter Bill Melugin announced Wednesday afternoon:

NEW: @FoxNews has obtained a second protective order filed against “Maryland Man” Kilmar Abrego Garcia by his wife in 2020, in which she accuses him of physical abuse, threatening her, & says she has a recording where he says even if he kills her, “nobody can do anything to him”.

This was a year before she filed another protective order against him, in which she accused him of being a repeat wife beater, said she has videos of his violence, and claimed she is afraid to be around him.

Current checklist for the “Maryland Man”.
– Salvadoran illegal alien
– Alleged MS-13 gang member, reaffirmed in immigration court by a judge.
– Accused of being a repeat wife beater/domestic abuser by his own wife, multiple times
– Suspected of human trafficking in TN while driving convicted human trafficker’s vehicle with 8 people and no luggage in it from Texas to Maryland.

Melugin shared a copy of the August 3, 2020 document:

Her own handwritten allegations against Kilmar Abrego Garcia from this 2020 protective order request – I’ve redacted addresses and phone numbers. This is separate from the 2021 protective order request she filed against him.

In another bombshell development, another court document dated August 20, 2018 has been discovered, in which the ex-husband of Jennifer Vasquez Sura, Edwin Trejo Ramos, had filed a complaint saying he feared his children were in danger because she had tried to kill herself, and was dating a gang member.
