InfoWars founder Alex Jones announced the shocking news late Monday afternoon that Jamie White, an InfoWars reporter, was brutally murdered in Austin, Texas Sunday night.
According to the local CBS News station, White was found in the parking lot outside his apartment complex around midnight Sunday night. Police responded to the call within two minutes, and found White with “obvious signs of trauma.”
He was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 12:19 a.m. Monday.
Alex Jones announced in a post on X Monday evening, “We are deeply saddened to inform you that InfoWars Reporter Jamie White was brutally murdered around midnight Sunday night due, in part, to the policies of the Soros Austin, TX D.A. Jose Garza.
“We pledge that Jamie’s tragic death will not be in vain, and those responsible for this senseless violence will be brought to justice. Jamie’s important work will be carried on through InfoWars, our readers, and our cherished listeners.”
In a video statement, Jones explained, “Jamie was murdered last night outside of his home, just a few miles away from our studios. We sent some people over this morning when he didn’t answer the phone because he’s always here early, loves to work, loves to fight tyranny, loves to promote freedom, and when they got to the apartment complex there was yellow tape everywhere, blood all over the parking lot.”
“The police did tell us that they have some suspects and I’m gonna leave it at that,” Jones said in the video. “They didn’t want to tell us whether it was a stabbing or a shooting. I can just tell you that from the amount of blood I heard, it was serious. They were there scrubbing his blood off the ground when our folks got there.”
Jones blamed the soft-on-crime Soros-funded district attorney, as well as the Austin Police Department’s budget being cut by one-third. CBS News noted this is Austin’s 8th homicide so far this year.
White’s exact age is uncertain, but he was around 35 years old. In one post on X, Jones writes that White was born in 1988. In another post, his birth year is listed as 1990.
In what had to be minutes before he was killed, White re-posted a comment on X by Elon Musk, who was commenting on the violent attacks against Tesla. “Yeah, why are liberals so violent?” Musk had asked at 11:25 p.m..
White had re-posted the comment. His own body was then found in the parking lot outside his apartment at midnight.
