From Fox News: Tens of thousands of illegal immigrants with sex offenses and homicide convictions are loose on the streets, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) data provided to lawmakers this week.
The agency provided data to Rep. Tony Gonzales, R-Texas, about national data for illegal immigrants with criminal charges or convictions. The data, as of July 2024, is broken down by those in detention, and those who are not in detention — known as the non-detained docket. The non-detained docket includes illegal immigrants who have final orders of removal or are going through removal proceedings but are not detained in ICE custody. There are currently more than 7 million people on that docket.
The data says that, among those not in detention, there are 425,431 convicted criminals and 222,141 with pending criminal charges.
The news broke just as Kamala Harris is finally making an appearance at the U.S. border on Friday.
The newly-released data from ICE shows only a fraction of criminal illegal aliens are detained by ICE, and the majority are released onto the streets – including over 13,000 who have been convicted for MURDER.
TOTALS – Currently Detained
- 10,288 – Convicted criminals
- 4,706 – Pending criminal charges
TOTALS – Non-Detained
- 425,431 – Convicted criminals
- 222,141 – Pending criminal charges
Below are just some of the most serious charge categories among those who are NON detained, and have been released into U.S. communities:
- Assault – 62,231 convicted / 42,914 pending charges
- Burglary – 14,301 convicted / 3,266 pending charges
- Drug convictions – 56,533 convicted / 13,846 pending charges
- Forgery – 7,525 convicted / 4,627 pending charges
- General Crimes – 10,998 convicted / 7,851 pending chargs
- Homicide – 13,099 convicted / 1,845 pending charges
- Kidnapping – 2,521 convicted / 851 pending charges
- Sexual Assault – 15,811 convicted / 4,250 pending charges
- Stolen vehicle – 2,663 convicted / 1,189 pending charges
- Traffic Offenses – 77,074 convicted / 49,269 pending charges
Releasing a copy of the bombshell data, Gonzales wrote, “As of July 21, 2024, there were 662,566 noncitizens with criminal histories on ICE’s national docket—13,099 criminally convicted MURDERS! Americans deserve to be SAFE in our own communities.”

Fox News reporter Bill Melugin went over the numbers in chilling detail. WATCH BELOW:
Former President Donald Trump, the 2024 Republican presidential nominee, responded to the news in a pair of fiery statements on his Truth Social page:
JUST OUT: 13,000 people convicted of murder have crossed into our Country through Kamala Harris’ Open Border – NON DETAINED, NON CITIZEN, CONVICTED CRIMINALS! I’ve been saying this from the beginning of the Harris-Biden Administration, as soon as I learned they opened the Borders. Nobody who has allowed this to happen to our Country is fit to be President of the United States! Bad timing for her to show up to the Border today, after not going for four years. Why didn’t she release these numbers earlier?
Kamala should immediately cancel her News Conference because it was just revealed that 13,000 convicted murderers entered our Country during her three and a half year period as Border Czar – Also currently in our Country because of her are 15,811 migrants convicted of rape and sexual assault. “We handed this Administration the Most Secure Border of our Lifetime!” Tom Homan, Former Ice Director.
Political analyst Andrea Tantaros reacted to the report, writing, “Harris visiting the border today, just as ICE released she facilitated 600,000+ murderers and rapists into the U.S., is quite literally akin to a criminal returning to the scene of the crime to amplify her most pronounced political failure. Please go get that photo-op, Kamala.”

Congressional candidate John Fabbricatore (R-Col.) wrote, “You aren’t being kept safe. The Biden/Harris administration has opened the border, closed ICE detention centers, slowed deportations, and released murderers back to the street instead of removing them. There are over 600,000 noncitizens with criminal histories on the street (non/detained ICE docket) with 13,000 having committed MURDER.”

Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-Mo.) reacted to the news, writing, “Acting ICE Director Patrick Lechleitner says 13K illegal immigrants convicted of homicide & 15K convicted of sexual assault have been released into the country. This is insane. We can’t afford 4 more years of this.”
