BREAKING: Bombshell report warns illegal alien gangs given ‘green light’ to attack US cops

The skyrocketing numbers of violent Venezuelan gang members pouring across the border and embedding themselves in cities across the United States is getting serious. Deadly serious. They’re allegedly about to increase their attacks on U.S. police officers.

Here are just some examples: Early Sunday morning, as three San Antonio police officers were responding to a domestic dispute, they came under fire by an illegal alien from Venezuela. One female officer was shot, and had to be dragged to safety by her fellow officers. The shooter, Jorge Chacon-Gutierrez, 25, who illegally crossed into Eagle Pass, Texas in November 2023 but was then released by federal authorities, was found dead after the shoot-out ended.

Chacon-Gutierrez had been given a court hearing in April of 2026 in San Antonio after crossing in Eagle Pass, Texas on November 15th, 2023.

In other examples, a Venezuelan illegal alien with links to a violent gang murdered Georgia nursing student Laken Riley in February, and more recently, two Venezuelan nationals allowed into the US by the Biden administration murdered a 12-year-old girl in Houston named Jocelyn Nungaray.

Now, based on a new report by News Nation correspondent Ali Bradley, the situation appears to be a powder keg about to blow up.

Tuesday morning, Bradley posted the following bombshell announcement:

SCOOP: More than 1,000 known Tren De Aragua (TdA) members are in the U.S. and have been given the “green light” to fire on and attack law enforcement according to an internal bulletin that went out across Border Patrol—The agency has encountered nearly 70 TdA members since October of 2023—TdA is the largest criminal organization in Venezuela and its membership has spread throughout the Western Hemisphere and into the U.S.

The officer safety bulletin cites that Denver and New York received credible information on the threats. This morning sources within New York State police confirmed they have been alerted of the potential for “green light” attacks on law enforcement. Officers in New York are being told to remain vigilant and to reach out to their Strategic Criminal Intelligence Unit Detective or GANG Detective if contact is made with an individual associated to TdA.

One alert says that “TdA is known to exploit immigrant populations and carry out acts of violent crime.”

The Border Patrol bulletin reminds agents/officers to remain cognizant of their surroundings, maintain a heightened sense of awareness, and always wear their body armor.

This as Venezuela is dealing with unrest following President Maduro’s “victory” —Riots and protests are filling the streets.

@DenisseGomez48 and I reached out to Denver PD who pointed us back to HSI. I reached out to CBP for comment—I haven’t heard back. The agency doesn’t typically comment on “leaked” information.

Bradley further noted that Rep. Troy Nehls (R-Texas) has sent three letters to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas regarding violent criminals reportedly being released from Venezuelan prisons and entering into the United States.

Bradley also posted a video and wrote:

“This threat is real… Everyone thinks it won’t happen to them. It can and will and it is happening to you…”

We have been talking about the TdA threat for months now… @RepTonyGonzales took some time to discuss the “green light” alert and where we go from here with a country that won’t play ball with the U.S.:

Retired ICE officer and congressional candidate John Fabbricatore of Colorado also pointed out that the mobs of Venezuelans now in the U.S. illegally are posing another problem… they are reacting and rioting in the U.S. in response to what is happening in their own country.

Last night in Aurora, Colorado, groups of Venezuelans took over the streets, blocked traffic, and shot firearms after the elections were announced in their country. There were reports of assaults, thefts, and a police car being shot at. A local Aurora Councilwoman posted multiple pictures to her FB and relayed complaints from local citizens.

Local media has been relatively quiet about the actual situation. This is only going to get worse as thousands more unvetted illegal aliens flood into the US. Even those under asylum are lightly vetted at best.

Another Colorado resident shared the following: “Venezuelans by the thousands all went to Havana st , ( Denver/Aurora border /last night started at the Target stores parking lot all the way down to Mississippi st. Stores and restaurants were shut down. Honking and drinking for hours about the election! Business lost money at least 15 police cars or more. The mess they left . Why are they allowed to do this ? Any others would not be! Colorado is now Venezuela?”

In March, Bradley released chilling details about the extent of the Venezuelan gang’s growing presence in the United States, and how to spot them. She wrote:

DHS sources confirm that CBP’s Chicago field office was given information on how to spot the Tren De Aragua gang members—This gang is the one the Ibarra brothers are affiliated with.

In the memo, DHS details who the gang is and where they are located: “Tren de Aragua (TdA) is a transnational criminal organization that began as a labor union working in Venezuelan rail yards in the mid-to-late 2000s. TdA rapidly evolved into a gang that specializes in human trafficking, extreme violence, and extortion in the Aragua State of Venezuela. The foundation of the gang and its leadership is based in Venezuelan prisons but has expanded into Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Guatemala, and Bolivia. The gang is swiftly growing and ramping up recruiting measures to strengthen its presence in the United States. TdA is headed by Héctor Rusthenford Guerrero Flores aka “Nino Guerrero” – his current whereabouts are unknown.”

TdA has been involved in a variety of crimes while operating in South America—But the organization has shifled its focus to establish a presence in the United States. Open source information indicates that TdA members are present in California, Illinois, Florida, New York, Nevada, and Texas and that suspocied TdA members may be involved in a variety of crimes to include kidnapping, human-trafficking, sex trafficking, organized retail crime, robberies, and document fraud.

Additional identifying factors in the memo:
•Typically males in the age range of 18-25 years old
•Dressed in high-end urban street wear
•Favor the Chicago Bulls basketball jersey, specifically Michael Jordan jerseys with the number “23”, and Jordan footwear/sneakers
•Often wear sports attire from U.S. professional sports teams with Venezuelan nationals on them.
