BREAKING: Alleged ‘manifesto’ by man who blew up Cybertruck surfaces

The FBI announced Friday that they had recovered two charred cell phones from the Tesla Cybertruck explosion at a Trump hotel in Las Vegas on New Year’s Day.

Officials said they were able to access one of the phones, and found letters written by the driver, decorated Army soldier Matthew Livelsberger, which indicated he suffered from PTSD and was blowing up the truck as a suicide mission.

The FBI said they still had a lot more data to review and decipher.

However, additional information has surfaced from another source… emails that Livelsberger sent out prior to blowing up the Cybertruck and taking his own life.

Retired U.S. intelligence officer Sam Shoemate appeared on a podcast Friday with host Shawn Ryan, a former Navy SEAL and CIA contractor on Friday. Shoemate says he personally received an email from Livelsberger just one day before the explosion.

In the alleged email, Livelsberger weighs in on the mysterious drones that recently swarmed over New Jersey, and alleges that China launched the drones from submarines along the East Coast. He says there was a huge government cover-up regarding a 2019 airstrike in Afghanistan that he was involved in, and claims he is being followed by DHS or the FBI.

Livelsberger also allegedly writes, “I am armed and I have a massive VBIED.”

NOTE: VBIED stands for Vehicle- Borne Improvised Explosive Device, a reference to the rented Tesla Cybertruck filled with explosives.  Shoemate revealed that when he discussed the email with the FBI, they literally didn’t even know what a VBIED meant.

Below is a clip from the podcast with Ryan and Shoemate, as Shoemate explains how Livelsberger first contacted him and reads the email aloud.

The email was sent on Tuesday, Dec 31, 2024 at 10:42 a.m. It reads as follows:

In case I do not make it to my decision point or on to the Mexico border I am sending this now. Please do not release this until 1JAN and keep my identity private until then.

First off I am not under duress or hostile influence or control. My first car was a 2006 Black Ford Mustang V6 for verification.

What we have been seeing with “drones” is the operational use of gravitic propulsion systems powered aircraft by most recently China in the east coast, but throughout history, the US. Only we and China have this capability. Our OPEN location for this activity in the box is below.

China has been launching them from the Atlantic from submarines for years, but this activity recently has picked up. As of now, it is just a show of force and they are using it similar to how they used the balloon for sigint and isr, which are also part of the integrated coms system. There are dozens of those balloons in the air at any given time.

The so what is because of the speed and stealth of these unmanned AC, they are the most dangerous threat to national security that has ever existed. They basically have an unlimited payload capacity and can park it over the WH if they wanted. It’s checkmate.

USG needs to give the history of this, how we are employing it and weaponizing it, how China is employing them and what the way forward is. China is poised to attack anywhere in the east coast.

I’ve been followed for over a week now from likely homeland or FBI, and they are looking to move on me and are unlikely going to let me cross into Mexico, but won’t because they know I am armed and I have a massive VBIED. I’ve been trying to maintain a very visible profile and have kept my phone and they are definitely digitally tracking me.

I have knowledge of this program and also war crimes that were covered up during airstrikes in Nimruz province Afghanistan in 2019 by the admin, DoD, DEA and CIA. I conducted targeting for these strikes of over 125 buildings (65 were struck because of CIVCAS) that killed hundreds of civilians in a single day.

USFORA continued strikes after spotting civilians on initial ISR, it was supposed to take 6 minutes and scramble all aircraft in CENTCOM. The UN basically called these war crimes, but the administration made them disappear.

I was part of that cover-up with USFORA and Agent [Redacted] of the DEA. So I don’t know if my abduction attempt is related to either. I worked with GEN Miller’s 10 staff on this as well as the response to Bala Murghab. AOB-S Commander at the time. [Redacted] can validate this.

You need to elevate this to the media so we avoid a world war because this is a mutually assured destruction situation.

Just two days earlier, on December 29, Ryan had also received an email from the same email account, alleged to be Livelsberger, although he does not provide his name, and says he wants to be a whistleblower.

That email reads: “Hey man, this is an [active] duty sf tm sgt out of 10th. I want to blow the whistle on our activities in a certain place. I’m willing to sit down with you on the 31st in Flagstaff or do it remotely via phone. Must be done before the 31st as I’ll be leaving.”

Shawn Ryan posted the entire podcast discussion between himself and Shoemate Friday afternoon, and wrote:

Matt Livelsberger, a former Green Beret, is at the center of this story. Just days before he drove a Tesla Cybertruck loaded with explosives to Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas. The Cybertruck incident, has raised serious questions about Livelsberger’s motivations, his credibility, and the information he shared.

In this episode, we unpack the manifesto’s contents, which include allegations of advanced drone technology, U.S. war crimes in Afghanistan, and the use of gravity propulsion systems by China.

Earlier Friday morning, Ryan announced on X, “I’m exposing a lot for the interest of the public, it comes with a price. I’ll take all the prayers I can get. Thank you.”

“My family and I are disappearing for a few days. My account will be active but it will not be me behind the wheel. What we are about to release is mind boggling and will raise a lot of questions.

“All media requests need to go to my producer @SRS_jeremy,” Ryan added later.

During a press conference on Friday, an FBI official acknowledged the ‘manifesto’ email discussed on Ryan’s podcast, and said they ‘have strong evidence’ to suggest it was from Livelsberger.
