From the New York Post: Emmy-award-winning actor Alec Baldwin plowed his Range Rover into a tree while cruising through the Hamptons with his brother on Monday, according to photos shared with The Post.

Baldwin, 67, was photographed looking disheveled and annoyed as he made a call and stood with his hands in his pockets at the crash site.

His car, a white Range Rover, was smashed in the front after crashing head-on into a tree on the side of Montauk Highway in the East Hamptons, where the actor owns a ritzy summer home.

The report explains that Baldwin had been attending the 33rd Hamptons International Film Festival, which ran from Oct. 5 to Oct 13.

Baldwin is the co-chair of the festival’s Board Executive Committee, and he and his younger brother, Stephen Baldwin, 59, had attended the Chairman’s Brunch at the festival Sunday evening.

The Daily Mail also reported on the crash, and said it is unclear which of the brothers was driving the vehicle.

Alec Baldwin reportedly reached 40 years of sobriety in May, following years of drug and alcohol abuse.

TMZ noted that the vehicle had “barreled head-first into the tree.” However, it was also noted that it was pouring rain outside, which indicates the possibility that rain could have been a factor in the crash.

A garbage truck was parked nearby, but the garbage company said the crash wasn’t their driver’s fault.
