Attorney General Pam Bondi announced at noon on Tuesday that former Special Counsel Jack Smith, who went after President Donald Trump during the Biden administration, had actually seized Trump’s government-issued phone.
This is part of the Biden DOJ’s “Arctic Frost” operation, which subpoenaed AT&T and Verizon for access to phone records of a number of Republican lawmakers. Additionally, the radical Judge James Boasberg reportedly ORDERED AT&T NOT TO NOTIFY the Republicans about the subpoena of their phone records until at least one year later.
It has previously been revealed that former FBI director Chris Wray and former AG Merrick Garland had signed off on the massive operation targeting Republicans, along with many conservative groups, including Turning Point USA.
Bondi just announced on Tuesday:
During the Arctic Frost Investigation, we found that Special Counsel seized President Trump’s government-issued phone.
This means the Biden Administration turned over President Trump’s phone to Special Counsel—an UNPRECEDENTED action. In addition, Special Counsel subpoenaed all of President Trump’s PERSONAL phone records.
We can never again allow this kind of government weaponization in America. I submitted these new documents to our partners on Capitol Hill. I commend our team at the FBI for working diligently to expose this.
