BOMBSHELL EXPOSE: NYC COVID adviser brags in secret recording about drug-fueled sex parties mid-pandemic, getting unvaxxed people fired

From the New York Post: New York City’s former COVID czar was caught on a hidden camera boasting about having drug-fueled sex parties mid-pandemic — and admitting New Yorkers would have been “pissed” if they had found out at the time.

Dr. Jay Varma — who served as senior health advisor to then-Mayor Bill de Blasio and was tasked with running the Big Apple’s pandemic response — made the confession in secretly-recorded conversations with a so-called undercover operative from conservative podcaster Steven Crowder’s “Mug Club.”

“I had to be kind of sneaky about it… because I was running the entire COVID response in the city,” Varma was filmed telling the unidentified woman on Aug. 1 in what appears to be a restaurant.

The edited clips of the hidden camera footage, which were all recorded between July 27 and Aug. 14 in New York, were released by Crowder on Thursday. The Post has not reviewed the full, unedited recordings.

In one jaw-dropping video clip, Varma is heard bragging:

“I had to be kind of sneaky about it…I was running the entire Covid response for the city…we rented a hotel…we all took like, you know, molly[E*stasy/MDMA] … 8 to 10 of us were in a room…like just being naked with friends…”

“We went to some like, underground dance party… underneath a bank on Wall Street… We were all rolling…”

“This was not Covid-friendly.”

“I did all this deviant, sexual stuff while I was you know, like on TV and stuff…”

“The only way I could do this job for the city was if I had some way to blow off steam every now and then.”

Varma also bragged about forcing Covid vaccines on the public by making people’s lives “uncomfortable” if they don’t get vaccinated.

“They didn’t get vaccinated because they heard it was safe. They gave in because it was really hard [not to],” Varma gloated.

New York City Council member Robert Holden responded to the bombshell undercover video with the following statement:

This was the public health expert for the city while it was shut down—he was busy having sex parties. He even admitted his job was to make people’s lives ‘really f*cking hard.’

There should be a serious investigation into these comments. It’s alarming, especially with so many first responders, city workers, and everyday New Yorkers losing their jobs or being sheltered in to ‘slow the spread’ while this was happening.

Holden also demanded that NYC Mayor Eric Adams re-hire every city worker who lost their jobs to the Covid vaccine mandates.

“Dr. Jay Varma currently holds a registered medical license in New York,” Crowder noted. “In the video obtained by @LWCmugclub undercover, Dr. Varma speaks brazenly about his illicit drug use. He is currently the Chief Medical Officer of the pharmaceutical company @SigaTech.”
