FROM FOX NEWS: Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was seen pushing a Buffalo Bills fan after a touchdown pass to DeAndre Hopkins on Sunday night.
Jackson threw a 29-yard touchdown pass to Hopkins late in the third quarter. Somehow, the veteran wide receiver came up with the one-handed catch. Baltimore took a 34-19 lead as the third quarter ended.
The NBC broadcast showed a fan sitting near the field smack Hopkins and Jackson on the helmet as they came close to the barrier. The star quarterback pushed the fan back.
NBC broadcaster Cris Collinsworth felt Jackson made the wrong move, but also appeared to commiserate with Jackson.
“I’m not excusing … I know there’s no way you’re allowed to go after fans in the stands, almost no matter what happens. But sometimes that gets a little ridiculous, too.”

Some X users appear to agree. One user said, “I’m not a fan of either of these teams but the Bills fan who pushed Lamar Jackson during that celebration should get kicked out of the game and never allowed back again. You don’t touch the players.”
Another said, “Don’t tell me Lamar Jackson did anything wrong here! He was simply responding to a fan being utterly ridiculous and doing something no fan should EVER do — make contact with a player.”
Jackson addressed hisphysical contact with the fan, saying, “I let my emotions get the best of me … I’ll learn from that.”
