ARCTIC FROST EXPOSED: GOP senators blast Jack Smith’s subpoenas of Republicans, and the radical judge behind it

Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, released on Wednesday 197 subpoenas that the Biden administration’s FBI used to seek testimony and documents related to hundreds of Republicans and GOP entities as part of the bureau’s Arctic Frost probe, the precursor to former special counsel Jack Smith’s election investigation.

“Arctic Frost was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and DOJ prosecutors could improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus,” Grassley said at a press conference. “Contrary to what Smith has said publicly, this was clearly a fishing expedition.”

Standing alongside Grassley, Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., called the subpoenas “nothing short of a Biden administration enemies list.”

The subpoenas included nonpublic, confidential grand jury material that Grassley said he obtained through whistleblower disclosures.

Over the past year, Grassley has been releasing more and more bombshell details about the Biden administration’s “Arctic Frost” operation against President Trump and multiple Republicans and conservative organizations.

In a press release on Wednesday, Grassley dropped the latest revelations, as follows:

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) today made public 197 subpoenas former Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team issued as part of the indiscriminate election case against President Trump. Smith’s case began at the Biden Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) under the codename “Arctic Frost.”

The subpoenas, which were provided to Grassley through legally protected whistleblower disclosures, were sent to 34 individuals and 163 businesses. These 197 subpoenas requested testimony, communications and records related to at least 430 named Republican individuals and entities. Some of the records Smith subpoenaed from banks, individuals and businesses included:

  • Communications with media companies such as CBS, Fox News, Fox Business, Newsmax, Sinclair and others.
  • Communications with “any member, employee or agent of the Legislative Branch of the U.S. Government.”
  • Communications with White House advisors, such as Stephen Miller, Dan Scavino, Jared Kushner, Lara Trump and others.
  • Statistical data and analysis relating to donors and fundraising efforts.
  • Broad financial data relating to conservative individuals and entities.

Grassley unveiled the subpoenas during a press conference alongside Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) and members of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Grassley at today’s press conference said, in part:

“Arctic Frost was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and DOJ prosecutors could improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus. Contrary to what [Jack] Smith has said publicly, this was clearly a fishing expedition.

“If this happened to the Democrats, they’d be as rightly outraged as we are.

“We’re making these records public in the interest of transparency and so that the American people can draw their own conclusions.”

Grassley announced that Verizon had just informed him that Jack Smith had sent subpoenas to tap into the phones of 11 Republican officials, including Sen. Ted Cruz.

He said AT&T also told him they challenged the legal basis for the subpoenas they were sent, and Smith “backed down.”

Cruz voiced his fury during the press briefing, as he held up an order that had been sent to AT&T by non other than the radical Judge James Boasberg, ORDERING AT&T NOT TO NOTIFY Cruz about the subpoena of his phone records until at least one year later.

One X user reminded, “Judge James Boasberg is the same guy who greenlit the initial FISA warrants on Carter Page in 2016 and 2017, kicking off the Russia collusion probe that later unraveled as a house of cards built on omissions, lies, and the Steele dossier’s fairy tales.”

Sean Davis of The Federalist announced:

BREAKING: New Arctic Frost whistleblower documents show that the corrupt Biden FBI subpoenaed the bank records, donor lists, and emails of nearly every major conservative organization and leader in the country, including Donald Trump’s campaign, the RNC, Conservative Partnership Institute, Save America PAC, America First Policy Institute, and even MyPillow.

President Donald announced in a Truth Social post earlier on Wednesday, “These thugs should all be investigated and put in prison. A disgrace to humanity. Deranged Jack Smith is a criminal!!!”
